Refund & Return Policy

At Diva Inspire, we value our customers and ensure quality in every piece of jewellery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Original invoice and tags must be available.

Return is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind

Slight color difference due to lighting

Used or damaged products by customer

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for size issues (if applicable) or damaged items.

Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping charges for exchange may apply.

🚚 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
